Massacre Grounds Waterfall in Apache Junction, Arizona

Massacre Grounds in US, Arizona, offers a beautiful spring hike in the Superstitions, even though much of the surrounding desert has been recently burnt. The hike to the falls is mostly uphill but manageable, and the trail is fairly easy to find. Unfortunately, during this visit, the falls weren't flowing, though they are known to flow for a while after rains. Despite the lack of water, the rest of the desert landscape was awesome, making for an enjoyable experience.
